Approx. $514,000 property tax relief will be allocated to Boundary County School District. Add this amount to the new March 2023 Levy. It also looks like they will be asking voters this November for a Bond due to the Valley View Elementary building. Also, each teacher will be getting a little over $,6,000/yr raise.
FUN FACT: The U.S. Census Bureau reports our county has 3,163 minors in our county….only 1,384 (44%) attend public school. We are one of the highest homeschool/alternative school communities in the United States.
